Ballparks

I went to the Yankees' new ballpark tonight to watch a game. It was really nice, but the concessions are CRAZY expensive ($9 for a beer, $9 for garlic fries), and the concession service is actually the worst I've ever encountered... and that's saying something, because for whatever reason, it's bad at every ballpark.

The network in the hotel is too slow to work, so instead, I'll make a list of the parks I've been to MLB games at.

Astrodome
Minute Maid Park
Arlington Stadium (Rangers' old ballpark)
Ballpark at Arlington
Old Yankee Stadium
New Yankee Stadium
Fenway Park
Chase Field (Diamondbacks' park... was Bank One Ballpark when I went)
Anaheim Stadium
Skydome (Toronto)
Tiger Stadium (Tiger's old ballpark)
Pac Bell Park (now AT&T Park, it's the Giants' new stadium)

I saw a Raider's game at the Colisseum where the A's play, but never a baseball game there. I've also been to a lot of the other parks but not for a game. For whatever reason, I seem to make a point of going by the parks when I visit a new city. I've seen the following other parks in person:

Shea Stadium and Citi Field (Mets)
Comerica Park (Tigers)
New Comiskey (White Sox)
Wrigley Field (Cubs)
Kingdome and Safeco Field (Mariners)
Fulton County and Turner Field (Braves)
Old Busch Stadium (Cardinals)
Dodger Stadium
Candlestick Park (old Giants' stadium)
Jack Murphy Stadium (old Padres' park)
Coors Field (Rockies)

If there's no New Haven style pizza to be had tomorrow, I may try to catch the Mets game at their new park.
